As a Church we believe in the power of prayer. We experience answers to prayer not because of us but because of God.

We invite you to pray the words of what is known as 'The Lords Prayer' each day:

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power,
and the glory are yours now and forever. Amen

The reason the prayer is so named is because they are words that Jesus gave to his followers when they approached him and asked that he teach them to pray. Followers of Jesus believe and trust in Jesus as 'Lord' - as God and 'Master' over our lives.
